One of the show's standout aspects is the portrayal of its characters. From Nam Soon's mother, Geum Ju, to the charismatic villain, Ryu Si Oh, the cast brings depth and authenticity to their roles. Byeon Woo Seok's portrayal of Ryu Si Oh deserves particular applause for capturing the character's duality, evoking sympathy even for a ruthless antagonist.
Yet, amidst the series' strengths, there are noticeable flaws. The neglect of Nam In, Nam Soon's twin brother, is a notable point of contention.
