Would you wait a hundred years for the one you love? What if, after all that time, they’re not the same person you remember? These haunting questions set the stage for "Century of Love," a drama that takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions, leaving you breathless and craving more.

From the very first episode, "Century of Love" grabs hold of your heart and doesn’t let go. It’s the kind of series that has you anxiously counting down the days to the next episode, desperate to know how it all unfolds. And trust me, it’s worth every second of the wait.

The production was good. The fight scenes are fluid and and didn't really have any awkward beat. Though some of the CGI moments were a little off. The soundtrack? Perfection. Each scene is paired with the perfect musical score, amplifying every emotion and drawing you deeper into the story.

But what really makes this series shine is the phenomenal acting. Daou’s portrayal of San is nothing short of brilliant. You feel his love, his desperation, and his unwavering hope across a century. He brings a balance of cold resolve and deep vulnerability that makes you root for him, cry for him, and feel every bit of his pain. And then there’s Offroad as Vee—a character so full of quiet struggles and hidden heartache that you can’t help but fall in love with him. The chemistry between Daou and Offroad is simply electric, the kind that makes your heart skip a beat. From their first meeting to the final scene, they deliver a performance that is nothing short of unforgettable.

The supporting cast deserves a shoutout too, especially Pond as Third. He’s the second male lead that you can’t help but cheer for, hoping against hope that maybe, just maybe, he’ll get his happy ending. Second lead syndrome was real with this one.

San and Vee

The series also throws in a twist that will have you guessing until the very end. And while there were a few moments where I worried about how they’d wrap it all up, I have to say, the ending did not disappoint. The story is tied together beautifully, even with a few minor plot holes that are easily forgiven.

"Century of Love" is more than just a series—it’s an experience. It’s the kind of story that stays with you, the kind that you’ll want to revisit time and time again. This drama has definitely secured a spot on my rewatch list and is easily one of my top dramas for 2024. Because let’s be real—who can watch Daou and Offroad’s chemistry just once?
